Parliamentary Affairs Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu said continued disruption by the Congress in both the Houses of Parliament will adversely impact the country's development. Mr Naidu told reporters that unnecessary obstruction is bad for Parliamentary democracy and requested the Congress MPS to engage themselves in debate. <br/><br/>The Minister said, discussion on several issues, including country's security could not take place due to Congress' boycott. He said, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has already made a statement in the Lok Sabha regarding the Lalit Modi episode therefore the false propaganda against her should now come to an end.
