Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal today criticized the Congress party for disrupting proceedings of both houses of Parliament during monsoon session. Addressing a press conference at Kurukshetra today Chief Minister said that the behaviour of Congress leaders is against the interest of public. <br/><br/>He said that the role of opposition should be constructive and in the interest of public.Denying the allegations leveled by congress against Union Minister Sushma Swaraj he said that it is painful that daughter of Haryana is being targeted. <br/><br/>Talking on allegations against Madhya Pradesh Chief minister, he said that MP CM had brought a sick state on the track of development. Mr Manohar Lal said that it is not fair to level allegations against anybody without any proof.
