Parliament Committee on Lokpal seek views of former Chief Justices of India

The Parliamentary panel examining the Lokpal Bill has sought the views of former chief justices of India M N Venkatachaliah and J S Verma on setting up an anti-corruption ombudsman.

Venkatachaliah and Verma have been invited for recording their views on the issue before the Parliamentary Standing
Committee. The meeting of the panel will be held in the next 8 to 10 days
