Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that Parliament is the best place for constructive debate and expressed confidence that all MPs will leave no stone unturned to match upto the expectations of the people. Talking to media outside Parliament before the beginning of Winter session, Mr Modi said, discussion, debate and conversation is the soul of Parliament. The Prime Minister said, he expects Parliament to shine with best thoughts, best discussions and best innovative ideas during the session. He said, yesterday he had a fruitful meeting with leaders of all parties and they have agreed for debate in the house. Mr Modi said, Constitution is a ray of Hope and Hope means harmony, opportunity, people's participation and equality. He said, on this day in 1949 the Constitution was adopted and the govt has decided to celebrate it as Constitution day.
