Both the Houses of Parliament have been adjourned till noon today on several issues including Telangana. As soon as the Lok Sabha met for the day, members belonging to Samajwadi Party and DMK trooped into the well, raising slogans on different issues.

BJP members were on their feet, protesting over the way the Telangana Bill was passed and the blackout of live TV in the House yesterday. Speaker Meira Kumar tried to take up the question hour but in vain, following noisy scenes. She was forced to adjourn the House till noon

In the Rajya Sabha, members from Andhra Pradesh trooped into the well, raising slogans and showing placards in favour of United Andhra Pradesh.

Samajwadi Party members were on their feet, seeking immediate discussion over the way the Andhra Pradesh Re-Organisation Bill was passed in the Lower House yesterday. Following noisy scenes, Chairman Mohammed. Hamid Ansari adjourned the House till noon.
