Both Houses of Parliament have been adjourned till 4 pm as opposition BJP continued to raise the appointment of Lokayukta in Gujarat. This is the third day that Parliamentary proceedings were disrupted on the issue.AIR parliamentary correspondent reports that the Lok Sabha was adjourned second time when it met at noon. Earlier, the House was adjourned till 12 as agitated members trooped into the well to press for their demand. The Samajwadi Party members also raised the issue of murder of two lawyers in Lakhimpur Kheri district of Uttar Pradesh.The Rajya Sabha, was also adjourned for a second time as there was no change in the situation when the House met at 12 after the first adjournment.Earlier, when the Upper House met for the day, Chairman Mohd. Hamid Ansari while adjourning the House observed that members are not in favour of taking up the question hour.
