Both the Houses of Parliament have been adjourned till 12 noon on the IPL franchise controversy issue. <br/><br/>As the two Houses met this morning the angry opposition members were on their feet seeking the suspension of question hour to discuss the alleged involvement of the Minister of State for External Affairs Mr. Shashi Tharoor in the controversy. <br/><br/>They also wanted the Minister to make a statement on the issue. Despite repeated pleas by the Speaker Mrs. Meira Kumar in the Lok Sabha and the Chairman Mr. Hamid Ansari in the Rajya Sabha to restore order in the two Houses, the Opposition members refused to relent leading to the adjournment of the two Houses.<br/>
