Both houses of Parliament have been adjourned till noon following uproar over the continuous opposition demand for a JPC probe into 2G spectrum scam. It is for 21 days in a row that the proceedings of both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have been disrupted over the issue. In Lok Sabha the house expressed sorrow over the suffering caused by the unprecedented rains in the coastal region of Andhra Pradesh which claimed 14 lives and rendered thousands of people homeless. Obituary references were also made on the passing away of two former members of the House. The House also stood in silence as a mark of respect to the departed.
