Both the Houses of Parliament today congratulated the Indian Cricket Team for winning the Under-19 One Day International Cricket World Cup.The Speaker Mrs Meira Kumar said the exceptional accomplishment is a matter of national pride and will inspire upcoming sports persons across the country.Hailing the performance of the team, the Rajya Sabha Chairman Mohammed Hamid Ansari said the win is all the more significant as India has lifted the World Cup for the third time. He said the victory has added another feather in India's cricketing crown as the country now holds both the senior and junior ODI World Cups.
