Both the Houses of Parliament are adjourned till noon following uproar by Opposition over CAG report on coal block allocations. In the Lok Sabha, BJP members trooped into the well of the House as soon as the House began. The agitated members shouted slogans demanding the resignation of Prime Minister.

Slogan shouting continued even as the Speaker Meira Kumar proceeded with the question hour. As the repeated requests of the Speaker to the BJP members to return to their seats, were not heeded the House was adjourned till noon.

In the Rajya Sabha also BJP members shouted slogans demanding the Prime Minister's resignation on the same issue. Amidst din the Chairman Mohd. Hamid Ansari observed that the disruptions is an infringement on the rights of the members. As the BJP members continued the uproar, the Chair adjourned the House till noon.
