Both the houses of parliament were adjourned till 12 noon over Aircel-2 G spectrum controversy. As soon as the Lok sabha assembled opposition BJP and other members raised the issue on alleged involvement of a Union Minister in the deal. Rajya Sabha also witnessed same scene on the issue which led to adjournment of the house for first ten minutes and later till noon. In Rajya Sabha CPI-M members also opposed the reported deliberations between the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and visiting US Foreign Secretary Mrs. Hillary Clinton saying that it is interference in the country's internal affairs.

In Lok Sabha, the congress members also raised the issue of killing of a farmer in police firing in Madhya Pradesh and demanded removal of the State Government.
