Both the Houses of Parliament were adjourned till 2pm with opposition pressing for resingnation of prime minister following the CAG report on coal block allocations. The speaker adjourned the Lok Sabha second time after the House met at 12 Noon opposition members continued the uproar in the House leading to adjournment of the House. Earlier in the morning, as soon as the Lok Sabha met for the day, the BJP and Left front members surged into the well tp press for the demand.
The Rajya Sabha witnessed three adjournments over the same issue. While the BJP-led opposition raised slogans against the Prime Minister, some of the Treasury Benches members countered them.
AIR Correspondent reports that this is for the second day that the opposition has stalled the proceedings in both the Houses.
