Paring early losses, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange rose by 216 points in late morning trade today on fresh buying mainly in IT, tech, banking, realty and consumersectors on the back of persistent capital inflows.The Sensex had opened 53 points down in early trade , as funds and retail investors booked profits after recent gains, amid a weak trend in other Asian markets.In a similar fashion, Nifty at the National Stock Exchange gained 66 points to 5,997.
