Defence Minister Manohar Parikkar has said that in last fifteen to twenty years tycoons who have turned education into business have mushroomed in Maharashtra.<br/><br/>Speaking at a function in Mumbai, Mr. Parikkar referred to the poor standard of various private institutions and said, this is the main reason why students gets degrees but not real education. Commenting on the security of the country he said that India needs to become strong and ensure that no country dares to cast evil eye at India.
