In Tokyo Paralympics, Indian table tennis player Bhavina Ben Hasmukh Bhai Patel has entered the semi final of women's singles after a 3-0 win over Serbia's Borislava Peric-Rankovic. Bhavina has ensured a medal for the country.

In the Men's Individual open compound round of Archercy, Rakesh Kumar stood third while Shyam Sunder Swamy ranked 21st. In power lifting, Sakina Khatun finished fifth position in the final.
