Panun Kashmir Movement, an organization of Kashmiri Pandits, has taken exception for reported terming of Kashmir as a dispute or a problem. Panun Kashmir Movement President, Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo said in Jammu, that Kashmir is politically a settled issue and can not be re-opened.
