<span style="color: #222222;">In Assam, the report of the Clause 6 committee on Assam Accord is ready to be submitted to the government. The last meeting of the Committee was held in Guwahati yesterday. A member of the Committee said that the Chairman of the committee Retired Justice  Biplab Kumar Sarma would discuss with concerned authority on the time and place of the submission of the report. AIR correspondent reports that the committee will recommend measures for the implementation of the Clause 6 of the Assam Accord to safeguard the identity of the indigenous people of the state.<br />''<br />''Recently Prime Minister Narendra Modi said at Kokrajhar that the Centre would work on the implementation of the recommendations once the committee will submit its report.
