The palmolein import graft case was posted to 26 of this month by a Vigilance Court in Thiruvannathapuram today. Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge S Jagadees adjourned the case as documents related to the palmolein case was yet to be received at the court from Apex court.The Central Vigilance Commissioner P J Thomas figures in the case as an accused. The case related to loss to the tune of 2.32 crore rupees allegedly caused to the exchequer by import of palmolein in 1991-92.
