Palestine's President Mahmoud Abbas visits C-DAC in Noida to forge cooperation between Palestine-India TechnoPark

President of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas visited C-DAC in Noida this afternoon to forge cooperation between Palestine – India Techno Park. The Park is being built by India in Palestine and Indian IT industry. He is scheduled to visit India Islamic Cultural Centre in the evening. Mr Abbas, who is on a four day visit, arrived in New Delhi last night.<br/><br/>He will be given a ceremonial reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan tomorrow and later in the day, hold delegation-level discussion with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. President Pranab Mukherjee will host a banquet in his honour in the evening. <br/><br/>The visit of President Mahmoud Abbas will provide an opportunity for reviewing the entire gamut of bilateral relations, regional and international issues. MoUs on cooperation in various sectors are also expected to be signed during the visit.<br/><br/>This is his third State visit to India. Earlier, he had held substantive meetings with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York in September 2015.
