US President Barack Obama says Pakistan's signing of the Nuclear Security communique and a range of commitments by it will make it less likely to proliferate or smuggle nuclear materials in future. Talking to media in a press conference in Washington, he felt confident about the safety of Pakistan's nuclear arsenal but said that it could still improve its record. He said that Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani came and signed on to a communiqu’, and made a range of commitments. These will make it more likely that Proliferation activities or trafficking occurring out of Pakistan does not take place.
