In Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire twice overnight by resorting to small arms firing and mortar shelling along the Indo-Pak border in Jammu and along the LoC in Poonch districts.<br/><br/>According to Defence sources, Pakistani troops resorted to unprovoked firing on an Indian post in R.S.Pura sector around 2 am.<br/><br/>BSF troops gave a befitting reply to the firing and exchange of fire lasted for one hour. <br/><br/>In another ceasefire violation, the Pakistan army targeted Bhimber Gali (BG) sector of the LoC in Poonch district by resorting to small arms firing from 2320 to 2330 hours last night.<br/><br/>The firing was retaliated by Indian army and there was no loss of life or injury to anyone from the Indian side.
