In Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistani troops resorted to heavy firing and shelling along the international border in Samba, RS Pura and Kathua sectors today. <br/><br/>According to defence sources, the Pakistani rangers started unprovoked firing in these sectors in the wee hours. <br/><br/>The BSF troops retaliated the firing and heavy exchange of gun fire. There is no report of firing after 9 AM any casualty or injury to the Indian side.
