A special court in Delhi today sent Bahadur Ali alias 'Saifullah', a Pakistani national allegedly working for terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba, to NIA custody till 11th of next month. <br/><br/>The National Investigation agency told the Court that his custodial interrogation is required to unearth the larger conspiracy. <br/><br/>According to sources, in its application, the Agency had sought Ali's custody to unearth the larger conspiracy of the terror outfit. <br/><br/>NIA said the accused, along with his associates, had planned terror attacks to destabilise the security and sovereignty of India. The NIA is questioning the accused Bahadur Ali about the involvement of his group in spreading violence in Jammu and Kashmir.<br/><br/>Ali, who hails from Jahama village of Raiwind in Lahore, was arrested from Handwara in North Kashmir on 25th of this month. The Army had recovered three AK-47 rifles and two pistols from his possession.<br/><br/>Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju had called Ali a "very good catch" and said his arrest will lead to many successes.
