In Kochi, the National Investigating Agency,NIA court has remanded the 12 Pakistani and Iranian citizens under judicial custody till 13th of this month. They were arrested for violating Indian territory in an Iranian vessel on July 5th. The Iranian vessel was seized by the Coast Guard from Alappuzha and handed over to the police. <br/><br/>Later the case was handed over to the National Investigating Agency, NIA, suspecting the terrorist links behind the violation of Indian territory. NIA sources informed that application seeking custody of the foreign nationals will be moved in the court soon.
