Senior BJP leader Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi today said that Pakistan should be declared a terrorist state at international level. Replying to a media query outside Parliament over bail to Mumbai terror attack accused Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, Dr. Joshi said that the neighbouring country has become a hub of terror activities in the region. He that Pakistan deserves to be treated as a terrorist nation.
