Afghanistan has said that Pakistan has adopted a policy of use of violent proxies in pursuit of political objectives. <br/><br/>Exercising its right to reply at the UN General Assembly, Afghanistan said, Pakistan is diverting international attention over country's long standing failure to take effective action against terrorist groups and sanctuaries. <br/><br/>Afghanistan said, Pakistan should adopt a constructive approach in combating terrorism and promoting peace in the region.
