New Delhi today said Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit's remarks on Jammu and Kashmir are not in keeping with diplomatic niceties and are tantamount to interference in India's internal affairs. <br/><br/>In reply to a media query this evening, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Gopal Baglay said Pakistan should effectively address the challenge of terrorism emanating it, which has adversely affected peace and stability in the entire neighbourhood as well as Pakistan's relations with other countries.<br/><br/>Earlier, Mr Basit had supported Kashmiri separatists by saying that the struggle of the people of Kashmir will finally succeed one day.
