India today said Pakistan has to walk away form terror and create a conducive atmosphere in order to have dialogue with New Delhi. Replying to a media query in New Delhi, External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Gopal Baglay said terrorism emanating from Islamabad is not only affecting India but also neighbouring countries. He said that Pakistan should effectively address the issue of terrorism. <br/><br/>To a question, Mr Baglay said, fugitive industrialist Vijay Mallya's extradition request has been certified by British Secretary of the State and sent to Westminster Magistrates' Court for a District Judge to consider issuing an arrest warrant.<br/><br/>On alleged killing of two Indians in New Jersey in the United States yesterday, Mr Baglay said Indian authorities are in touch with the US authorities on the issue and details are being ascertained.
