Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh says intelligence inputs received daily by him suggest that Pakistan- based terrorists are plotting more 26/11-like strikes in India. In an interview to a US based newspaper ahead of his state visit to the US, Dr Manmohan said India is ready to resolve all outstanding issues with Pakistan on the condition that it will not allow its territory to be used against its neighbour. Dr Singh, however, asserted that Pakistan has nothing to fear from India and it was a tragedy that Pakistan has come to the point of using terror as an instrument of state policy.

He told the newspaper that India will seek a liberal regime of technology transfer from the US and an early operationalisation of the civil nuclear deal.
