Pakistan has banned Mumbai terror attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed-led Jamaat-ud Dawa (JuD) and Falah-i-Insaniat Foundation from collecting donations. <br/><br/>The notification came a day when US President Donald Trump accused Islamabad of giving nothing to the US but lies and deceit and providing safe haven to terrorists. Mr Trump had said in a tweet, US will not give more aid to Pakistan.<br/>'<br/>The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan yesterday issued the notification prohibiting the collection of donations by the JuD as well as several other such organisations named in a list of banned outfits by the UN Security Council.<br/>'<br/>JuD is the front organisation for the banned outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba, which is responsible for carrying out the Mumbai attacks. It was declared as a foreign terrorist organisation by the US in June 2014.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, Pakistan Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif has responded to Mr Trump's tweet. He was quoted by Geo TV as saying that the United States should hold its own people accountable for its failures in Afghanistan.
