Pakistan again resorts to firing along LoC in J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistani troops again resorted to firing along LoC by targeting forward Indian posts in Hamirpur Sector of Poonch district twice. Army sources said, the forces from across the border first started firing around 9 PM last night which lasted for about two hours.

This morning also, the Pakistani forces resorted to firing in the area. Indian troops promptly retaliated. The exchange of fire that started around 9 AM was going on when reports last came in. There was no report of any loss of life or injury to the Indian side.

Meanwhile, one civilian, who was injured in Pak shelling in Arnia area of RS Pura secotor on 6th of this month, succumbed to injuries at GMC hospital in Jammu this morning.
