In Pakistan, at least 14 people, including six children, were killed today in an avalanche in Chitral's Shershal area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Chitral District Administration said, the bodies of 14 were recovered from the debris. <br/><br/>At least 25 houses have been buried and five houses have been completely destroyed. <br/><br/>Sources said, it is unclear how many people have been affected by the avalanche. They said, rescue operation is in progress to recover the people trapped under the debris.
