In yet another incident of ceasefire violation in Jammu and Kashmir , Pakistani troops resorted to unprovoked firing on Indian forward posts along the International Border in Samba sector. According to official sources, Pak Rangers fired rockets and used heavy, medium and small arms fire to target two Indian forward posts Pindi and Pitta in Arnia sub-sector of Jammu district this evening.

In the Pak firing one Border Security Force jawan got injured who has been hospitalized. Border Security Force jawans guarding the border returned the fire to silence the Pak guns. The heavy exchange of between the two sides continued for almost one hour . When reports last came in intermittent firing was still going on from Pak side.
