Pak Rangers resorted to unprovoked firing on two advance posts of BSF in Punjab

In Punjab, Pakistan Rangers resorted to unprovoked firing in Bamial sector on two advance posts of BSF in Gurdaspur district across river Ravi near Pathankot late last night. <br/> <br/>BSF retaliated to rangers action. No casualty has been reported in the firing on Indian side. Firing started at about 11.00 last night and continued for half an hour. <br/> <br/>BSF authorities said they would take up the issue of unprovoked firing with Pakistan Rangers on Monday. <br/> <br/>Following the incident, BSF authorities have declared an alert along the whole border stretch in Punjab and Rajasthan.<br/><br/>
