Pakistani police arrested two masterminds behind a bomb attack on a UN office that killed five people in capital Islamabad in October 2009. Acting police chief of Islamabad Ban Yamin Khan said the two master trainers were arrested from a hotel in Islamabad. He said they trained two suicide bombers and sent them to hit the targets, the United Nations World Food Programme and naval headquarters. A security official confirmed they were behind the UN office suicide attack.
