Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's cousin, Tariq Shafi, made a second appearance before the joint investigation team (JIT) probing the Sharif family today. Speaking to reporters in Islamabad after his JIT appearance, Shafi said, he had been questioned regarding the Sharif family's Gulf Steel Mills. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, the Prime Minister's son Hasan Nawaz has been summoned by the JIT tomorrow and his elder brother, Hussain Nawaz, on Tuesday. Moreover, the premier's daughter, Maryam Nawaz, is scheduled to appear before the investigators on 5th of this month. Maryam will be the seventh member of her family summoned so far in connection with the ongoing investigation into money laundering allegations.<br/><br/>According to a Pakistani News Paper, the JIT is in the process of winding up the probe by next week, after which it will finish compiling the final investigation report by the second week of July before it is submitted to the Supreme Court by the 10th July deadline.
