US Media reports say that FBI and other investigating agencies in US are suspecting a naturalised US citizen of Pakistani origin for being involved in the failed Times Square car bombing. <br/><br/>Quoting a senior Obama Administration official, the reports say that authorities were closing in on a middle-aged man who they said was a naturalised US citizen from Pakistan and is residing in Connecticut. <br/><br/>They further say that the man is believed to have used cash to purchase the Nissan Pathfinder that was set ablaze but failed to detonate Saturday night in Midtown Manhattan. Investigators are examining phone records of businesses that sell some of the bomb's components chasing leads in several locations on the East Coast and beyond. <br/>
