Pak novelist receives first South Asian Literature Award

Pakistani Novelist H.M. Naqvi got the first South Asian Literature Award during five day Jaipur literature festival. Naqvi received this prestigious prize for his first book home boy. This book is about three friends who faced problems in America after 9/11. The award carrying carrying 50 thousand dollars was given by H.S. Narula yesterday. More than one thousand writers around the globe including nobel laurate Orhan Pamuk are participating in the festival.
