PAk need 113 runs to enter Semifinal

West Indies set a target of 113 runs for Pakistan in the first quarter-final of the ICC Cricket World Cup at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium at Mirpur in Dhaka on Wednesday. Earlier, West Indies won the toss and chose to bat first. West Indies were all out just for paltry 112 runs in 43.3 overs. Non of their top batsmens could stand the firey spell of Pakistan bowling line-up. Chanderpaul's unbeaten 44 is the highest individual score, followed by Srawan 24 and Kamer Roach 16. This is the second lowest total by West Indies in the Cricket World Cup. West Indies's lowest total in the Cricket World Cup is against Kenya, when they were all out for just 97 runs, in 1996 at Pune . For Pakistan, Shahid Afridi claimed 4 wickets and Mohammad Hafiz 2, while Razzaq and Umar Gul took 1 wicket each. India will play their quarter-final match against defending champions Australia on Thursday. It will be a Day-Night encounter at Sardar Patel Stadium, Motera, Ahmedabad.
