Pak JIT's visit strengthens Centre's stand on Pathankot: BJP

BJP today said the visit of Pakistan's Joint Investigation Team in connection with Pathnakot attack case has strengthened India's stand on terror incident. The party said for the first time, Pakistan has admitted that its territory was used for terror activities against India. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, BJP Secretary Shrikant Sharma rejected allegations leveled by opposition parties that the visit has weakened India's stand over the issue. He accused them of <br/>criticising JIT visit just for the sake of politics. <br/><br/>Mr. Sharma said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had categorically asked his Pakistani counterpart to take action against the terrorists and he, in turn, assured him of action.
