Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has confirmed that Pakistan is helping terrorists to enter India's territory.

He said in New Delhi today that the government has information that Pakistan is helping terrorists to enter its territory and it is alert.

Mr. Shinde said, when he was in Jammu and Kashmir, locals asked him to remove army from the valley. But he told them that it cannot be done till situation is peaceful.
