Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde today said that Pakistan is helping terrorists to enter Indian territory. He accused Islamabad of making purposeful attacks against India as they were averse to the progress made by New Delhi despite a global economic meltdown. The Home Minister was taking to reporters in New Delhi after taking salute at the Police Commemorative day parade in the capital.
Mr Shinde, however, said there has been a slow down in the number of incidents of intrusion into the country during the last two to three years despite some of the terrorist outfits are at work. In this context, he appealed to all sections of the society to work for the development of the country.
The Home Minister ruled out complete withdrawal of armed forces from parts of Jammu and Kashmir until there is total peace in the valley. He said New Delhi has full information about the cross-border intrusions.
