Pak frees 45 Indian fishermen from Karachi jail

Pakistan has freed 45 Indian fishermen as a gesture of goodwill. The fishermen were freed today from a jail in Karachi and put on a bus that will take them to the eastern city of Lahore.

The official sources told a news agency that several formalities have to be completed before the fishermen can be allowed to cross over to India via the Wagah land border crossing tomorrow .
