In yet another incident of ceasefire violation, Pakistani forces today resorted to shelling and firing along the LoC in Poonch sector of Jammu and Kashmir. Defence sources said, the forces from across the border started unprovoked firing and shelling, targeting some Indian Positions and civilian areas in Noorkote and Cherikote areas around 7 this morning.<br/><br/>The troops guarding the border retaliated effectively. The intermittent exchange of fire was continuing, when last reports came in. There is no report of any casualty or injury on the Indian side, so far.<br/><br/>Pakistani forces had resorted to firing in adjoining Krishna Ghati and Chakkan-Da-Baagh sectors of Poonch yesterday as well.<br/><br/>
