A high-level delegation of Pakistan Rangers headed by its Director General (Punjab) Major General Umar Farooq Burki has reached New Delhi. <br/><br/>The delegation was received by Director General of Border Security Force Devendra Kumar Pathak. Earlier in the day, the delegation crossed over into India via Attari-Wagah Joint Check Post. <br/><br/>It is in India to have DG level bi-annual talks with Border Security Force on various issues starting tomorrow. DG Border Security Force Devendra Kumar told reporters that the objective of the talks is to lessen friction at the border. <br/><br/>Issues including unprovoked firing in Jammu and Kashmir, infiltration, drug smuggling and measures to tackle such cross border misadventures will be discussed among some other important matters. The talks will conclude on the 12th of this month.

Pak delegation arrives in Delhi for border talks
