A Pakistani anti-terrorism court has formally charged seven suspects, including LeT commander Zaki-ur- Rehman Lakhvi, for planning and helping execute the Mumbai attacks. The Pakistani Army has arrested a retired Major for his alleged links with terror suspects David Coleman Headley and Tahawwur Hussain Rana, nabbed by the FBI on charges of plotting attacks against India and Denmark.
