In Gujarat, Indian Coast Guard has arrested six Pakistani fishermen from the Arabian Sea on Wednesday. Pakistani fishermen were detained for straying into Indian waters of Arabian Sea on Gujarat Coast.
Quoting sources, AIR correspondent reports that Coast Guard has also detained a fishing boat belonging to the Pakistani fishermen.
A Pakistani boat with six crew members on board was captured by the Indian Coast Guard off Jhakau coast in Gujarat.
According to Coast Guard sources, a fishing boat -Al-Hasan, was detained with six crew members on board at Jhakau coast on Wednesday morning after they entered the Indian waters. They were apprehended during routine sea patrolling by the Okha-based Coast Guard ship.
They were handed over to the Okha police and afterwards taken to the Joint Interrogation Centre at Bhuj, where they will be interrogated by various state and central intelligence agencies.
