Pakistani authorities have arrested 13 Indian fishermen and seized three boats they were travelling in for allegedly entering the country's territorial waters without permission. A senior official of the Maritime Security Agency<br/>today said the arrests were made yesterday after the Indian fishermen were found fishing illegally 55 nautical miles inside Pakistani territory. India and Pakistan have arrested several fishermen in the past on charges of violating each other's maritime boundary.<br/>
