Paes- Bhupati storm into final of Australian open

After 12 years, the re-united Indian duo of Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupati have stormed into the finals of the Men's Doubles event of the Australian Open. They defeated the second-seeds, Max Miryni of Belarus and Canada's Daniel Nestor 7-6, 4-6, 6-3. The pair will now face the top-seeded American combine of Bob Bryan and Mike Bryan in the finals of the event.Earlier, the Bryan brothers defeated the pair of fellow American, Eric Butorac and Jean-Julien Rojer of Netherlands Antilles, 6-3, 6-2 in the first semi-final match.In the Women's Singles event, Li Na became the first Chinese player to reach a Grand Slam singles final in the Australian Open semifinals. She beat top-ranked Caroline Wozniacki by 3-6, 7-5, 6-3.and in Second semi final match, Kim Clijsters beat Vera Zvonareva by 6-3, 6-3. Chinese player Li Na will meet Belgium's Kim Clijsters in finals of the event.Switzerland's World No. 2, Roger Federer will also lock horns with Serbia's Novak Djokovic in the first semi-final match of the Men's Singles event.
