Ace Indian Tennis duo of Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi has stormed into the quarterfinals of the doubles event of Beijing Open after beating Mao Gong and Zhe Li of China. Paes and Bhupathi prevailed over the Chinese duo 6-2, 3-6 and 10-3 in a one hour nine minute first round contest at Beijing. The fourth seeded Indian duo will next take on the Crotian pair of Marin Cilic and Ivan Ljubicic who beat Mark Knowles of Bahamas and Jurgen Melzer of Austria 6-3, 6-4 in another first round match.
